5-Star Waterfront Villa with South-Facing Heated Pool in Cape Coral
Private Pool & Outdoor Living
The villa boasts a south-facing heated swimming pool that is open all year and offers views over the waterway. Guests can use the outdoor pool with sun loungers and a poolside terrace, while the garden and BBQ facilities provide space for alfresco dining. The pool has colour-changing lighting effects controlled by a touch button, adding an evening entertainment option.
Accommodation & Comfort
Luxury Villa Bermuda provides a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a main bedroom featuring a full walk-in wardrobe. Each of the three rooms includes full wardrobes with ample hangers, and every area has air conditioning plus a ceiling fan with light. The property is laid out for guest privacy, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes all utensils and appliances for meal preparation.
Amenities
The property includes free on-site private parking with a remote-controlled garage door that opens into an inner entry, shielding from rain. A bar, free WiFi, and express check-in/check-out are available, along with luggage storage and private check-in/check-out. The villa supplies coolers, beach chairs, four bikes, and fishing rods for guest use, plus Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV.
Location
The villa sits 1.9 km from Fishing Freedom Charters and 30 km from Southwest Florida International Airport. Cape Coral Sports Complex is 9 km away, and Bailey Matthews Shell Museum is 36 km from the property. Boating opportunities are available directly from the private boat deck, with fish jumping visible from the waterfront garden.
Guest Experience & Feedback
Guest reviews highlight the extremely comfortable beds and the plentiful supply of super-soft towels. The property manager provides a friendly service, and previous guests noted the location as convenient to grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centres. One couple who stayed 14 nights called it the best of four Florida house rentals, praising the quality of fixtures and the remote-controlled garage protection during downpours.
